Employment Support for Nepalese Engineers

Bringing talented engineers ready to take on the world to Japan

TAI Mac Engineering Co., Ltd. Initiatives

TAI Mac Engineering Co., Ltd. addresses the shortage of engineers in Japanese companies by focusing on human resource development and placement that emphasizes Japanese language proficiency and practical suitability.

Our company primarily develops and places talented recent graduate engineers from Nepal for employment in Japanese companies. Rather than simply introducing talent, we place the utmost importance on whether they can truly contribute in the field after joining.

Therefore, we set JLPT N4 level as the minimum requirement for Japanese language ability, targeting only engineers who can understand work instructions in Japanese and communicate effectively (reporting, contacting, consulting). If they haven't reached N4 level Japanese proficiency, we do not introduce or dispatch them regardless of their technical skills.

Additionally, to prevent mismatches between engineers and companies, we continuously monitor work suitability and communication during the dispatch period, maintaining a system where both parties can consider long-term employment with peace of mind. Our dispatch contracts are renewable every three months, minimizing risks for client companies while enabling phased talent utilization and business expansion.

Furthermore, we provide engineers with pre-employment training not only in Japanese language but also in Japanese business manners, workplace rules, and safety awareness. As a result, the engineers we handle are highly regarded as ready-to-work talent possessing technical skills, Japanese proficiency, and workplace adaptability.

Since specialized subjects at Nepalese engineering universities are taught in English, our engineers also have strong technical comprehension in English, giving them the significant advantage of combining Japanese (N4 level) + English + specialized technical skills.

By introducing engineers with N4-level Japanese proficiency as a prerequisite, TAI Mac Engineering Co., Ltd. achieves reduced on-site issues, improved retention rates, and stable talent acquisition.
